One engine. All of it.
There is no starter version. Tiers meant selling a club half a system and calling it a beginning, and half a system cannot show you which channel sold which seat. Every club gets the whole engine: tickets, merchandise, renewals and sponsorship, running together on one audience.
Your whole front office, for one monthly partnership.

A one time setup covering discovery and build, then a flat monthly for the season. The amount depends on the size of your market and your building, and we put it in front of you before anything is signed. Ad spend is funded separately into your own ad account, and we recommend a minimum of $3,000 a month during the active season. No per lead fees, no per ticket fees, no commission. Commitment runs per season, typically eight to twelve months, because the system needs a full cycle to compound.
Four phases. About five weeks to live.
Build overlaps discovery, so launch usually lands around week five. Here is the split of who does what.
| Phase | What we do | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery Weeks 1–2 | We learn your market, your fans, your calendar and your baseline, then run the first market pull and build the plan against it. | A 60-minute session with leadership, brand assets, ticketing access and last season's sales data. |
| Build Weeks 2–6 | CRM, landing pages, ad creative, sequences, AI response, audience build and attribution wiring, the whole machine, assembled in your name. | Roughly three hours total: access, approvals on creative and messaging. |
| Launch Week 5 | Every channel goes live together, sequenced. The AI answers every enquiry from minute one, and the first optimization sprint runs on early signal. | A point of contact for hot-lead handoffs, five to ten minutes a day. |
| Optimize Ongoing | Weekly reports, monthly strategy, quarterly reviews. Losers retired, winners scaled, audiences refreshed continuously through the season. | Thirty minutes a week for review, and a heads-up on schedule changes and promos. |
