No logo wall. Here is what we count instead.
Sports Hive AI is in active pilots, and those clubs have not agreed to be named yet, so this page does not pretend otherwise. What it does show is every number we are accountable for, how each one is traced back to the thing that produced it, and the models we build a season plan around.
Six counts, on the same screen, every week.
Seats, fans, nights and meetings. Not impressions, not reach, not engagement. If a number cannot be tied to something your club can sell, it does not go in the report.
Tickets sold per game
The number the whole system is judged on. We count the tickets our campaigns sold, game by game, not total attendance, and each one traces back to the ad, email, text or call that produced it.
Cost per ticket
What it took to sell one seat, by channel and by campaign. It is the figure that decides where next week's budget goes, and it is on the same screen as the seats it bought.
Database growth
Fans who did not buy this week are still worth having. We count the identified, permissioned contacts entering your CRM every week, because that list is what makes next season cheaper to sell.
Group nights sold
Schools, employers, minor associations, faith groups and community organizations booked into a night. We count the nights sold and the seats in each one, since a single conversation here moves more tickets than any other.
Sponsor meetings booked
How many qualified conversations we put on your rep's calendar each month, which categories they came from, and how many of your open categories now have somebody in them.
Renewals and win backs
Season seats renewed before the deadline, and lapsed accounts that came back. Both are counted as accounts, so you can see the base holding or slipping while the single game numbers move.
Every one of these is in the weekly report and on the daily dashboard email, broken out by campaign. Nothing is averaged into a single score, because a single score cannot tell you what to change.
From the click to the seat, in one chain.
Attribution is the whole argument for running the five revenue lines on one system. Here is the chain, in order, with the gap at the end that nobody else prints.
Every click carries an ID
Ads, emails and texts go out tagged. When somebody arrives on your ticket page, we know which campaign and which creative sent them, not just that traffic went up.
The ticket page is identified
Most people who reach a ticket page leave without buying. Our identity pixel matches around 60 percent of that United States traffic to verified contact profiles, and those fans flow into your CRM for follow up.
Your ticketing platform reports back
The order posts back to us through your platform's webhook or API. That is the join: the seat that was actually sold, matched to the click, the send or the call that started it.
Phone and inbox are logged too
The AI responder and the voice agent log every conversation against the same record, so a group booking that started as a text and closed on a call is still one traceable path.
One dashboard, one version of it
All of it lands on a single screen with your spend beside it, updated every morning. You and your owners read the same report we do.
What we cannot trace, we say so
Walk ups, box office cash and word of mouth are not ours to claim. They are reported as untraced instead of being folded into our numbers, which is why the figures are usually lower than an agency's.
Visitor identification is available for United States based organizations. Everything else in the chain, the tagging, the ticketing join, the call logs and the dashboard, works for clubs anywhere.
The ticket numbers we build plans around.
These are planning models by sport and building size, not results and not a forecast for your club. Your own model gets built on the diagnosis call, against your market, your prices and your calendar.
| Sport | Building | Modeled first season lift |
|---|---|---|
| Junior hockey | 2,500 seat arena | +400 tickets a game in season one |
| Box lacrosse | 2,700 seat arena | +500 tickets a game in season one |
What these are not. They are not a guarantee, not an average of past clients, and not a floor. A club with a smaller room, a shorter schedule or a thinner market gets a smaller model, and we would rather show you that on the call than have you find it in month three.
The fine print.
Why are there no named testimonials yet?
Sports Hive AI is in active pilots. We are being deliberate about naming clients publicly until those clubs have a full season of data and have explicitly approved being named. We would rather walk you through real numbers on a call than put unverified quotes on a website.
Can you share specific numbers from your pilots?
Yes, on a call and under NDA, with the pilot club's permission. We open the actual ad accounts, the CRM and the attribution dashboard and show you how each figure is calculated, including the parts we could not trace.
Where do the modeled ticket counts come from?
They are planning models, not results. Each one is built from the size of the building, the number of home dates, the verified household pool in that market and what our campaigns have moved in comparable buildings. They are the range we build a plan around, and we show you the assumptions underneath them.
What if our club is smaller than the models show?
The model scales with your building and your market, so a smaller room gets a smaller number rather than the same one. We build yours during the diagnosis, including the lower bound, and if the market will not carry the system we will say that instead of selling you a season.
Do you guarantee a number of tickets?
No. Anyone promising a number has not seen your calendar, your prices or your building. We commit to a range, the assumptions under it, a weekly report against it, and a straight account of the weeks it did not go our way.
When do the first traceable tickets show up?
Traceable sales start the week the campaigns go live, because the tracking is wired before launch rather than after it. What takes longer is the pattern: several weeks of data before we can tell you which channel reliably sells which kind of night in your market.

Thirty minutes on your real market and all five revenue lines, before you have paid us anything.
